Are you looking for the Focus T25 Schedule? I have three (actually, four) resources for you to check out, print, and download if you wish. There are three total phases with Focus T25. The first two phases are included with the Focus T25 Workout base program. Alpha is the “foundation” and starts the program. We are excited to continue to move along with our Focus T25 workout journey! We have just finished Focus T25 Week 2 and are excited to share our updates. Most importantly, the key of WHY one of us may have gained weight.
