Happy Fall and Happy Halloween everyone! I hope you are all excited about this year’s fall festivities. Tonight myself, my daughter, and my wife carved a pumpkin in preparation for Halloween night! Something very cool that you can do with those crazy pumpkin seeds is roasting them! That’s right. This year I decided to be a food explorer and put those crazy seeds to good use. Could Bad Ingredients be the source of health problems and weight issues? When I first got into fitness and health, I really wasn’t too sure about diet. I would hap-hazardly determine what to eat based on what “looked good” on the Nutrition Facts on the back of my favorite box of foods.
