INSANITY Max Cardio Conditioning Review...

Hello all of you awesome people! I’m back with another workout review on my fitness journey! Today, I’m reviewing INSANITY Max Cardio Conditioning. What an intense workout! If you thought Pure Cardio was bananas, you haven’t tried Max Cardio Conditioning! INSANITY Max Cardio Conditioning Review – The Basics The workout starts with the standard warm-up, including jogging, jumping jacks, and switch kicks. It really is nice to notice the different you will start to make when you warm-up regularly with INSANITY. At first, it will feel like the warm-up should be the entire workout! Then, over time, you’ll get better at it (I promise…just stick with it and do your best!). At first I felt like I was...

INSANITY Max Interval Sports Training

It’s GAME DAY everyone. Today I completed the INSANITY Max Interval Sports Training workout, and it was awesome. This particular workout is something you can get when you buy INSANITY deluxe kit through Beachbody. It is a very different workout compared to all of the other INSANITY workouts by far, which I’ll explain in just a moment. This workout specifically mixes up what you may have gotten used to in the second phase of INSANITY. It starts with the warm-up! Most of the workouts in INSANITY start with a jog, and include some variations on heisman, 1-2-3, jumping jacks, and sometimes jump rope. Well, in Max Interval Sports training, you start off with jump roping. Then, you do...

Turbo Fire HIIT 15 Review

Today’s Challenge: Turbo Fire HIIT 15 Review This week is my FINAL week of my P90X2 journey! I’m sad it’s almost gone. Today was supposed to be P90X2 Recovery & Mobility; however, my wife put on a CHALLENGE for me! For those of you who don’t know, she is currently experiencing Turbo Fire. This program was created by celebrity Chalene Johnson, who created the famous Turbo Kick fitness programs and other programs such as TurboJam. My Wife consistently reminded me how intense her Turbo Fire program was, but I would always combat with “Oh, but P90X and P90X2 HAS to be harder!! :-)” So, today she put on the challenge. What was the challenge? Turbo Fire HIIT 15....
