INSANITY Asylum Workout

This workout is no joke, so if you have a lot of weight to lose, consider trying P90X or INSANITY first. How does this Crazy Workout program work? – INSANITY Asylum

This workout program uses elite athletic training to get you fast results. Slow and fast-twitch moves are the key. By combining strength, speed, agility, and abs all into one killer program, there really isn’t any time to be focused on anything but success. I will recommend from my own experience that you absolutely need to have mental focus and stability. Dedicate yourself without any excuses and with an “all-in” attitude (and I mean: “ALL-IN”) and you should be successful.

What is even more awesome about this program is that it is endorsed by Olympic Athletes. American soccer goalkeeper and double Olympic Gold Medalist Hope Solo recently endorsed INSANITY the Asylum. What are all the tools and workouts? INSANITY the Asylum

  • Speed and Agility – This program is about 45 minutes long and uses the Agility ladder to get your entire body working hard. You will be as agile as the fastest person you’ll ever know!
  • Vertical Plyo – I have often called this one of the more difficult DVD workouts with the Asylum. Either way, it will challenge you with jumping and upper body strength all put into an intense 40 minutes. Think about P90X Plyometrics and multiple it by 2!
  • Strength – A good athlete knows when to cross train. YES – This mean INSANITY the ASYLUM INCLUDES WEIGHT LIFTING!!! This was a popular request from people doing INSANITY. But for those of you who aren’t that into weights, you can use resistance bands as well.
  • Back to Core – This workout isn’t what you may expect. You aren’t really working  your traditional “core” (abs). Instead, you focus on working your back, and trust me…it will help improve your overall core strength 10-times. This is an especially great workout for those of you who struggle with occasional back issues/pain.
  • Game Day – this has got to be my FAVORITE workout of all time! So motivating that you will almost automatically push yourself past the limits. All of your moves and learning from the Asylum comes down to GAME DAY. Will you remain undefeated?
  • Overtime – Even an athlete will have to remain strong during the game if it goes into overtime. Do you have the strength to extend game day another 20 minutes? This isn’t easy, folks.
  • Relief – A great rest-focused workout that aims to provide appropriate stretching and foundational strength to prepare you for the next insane workout. Only 25 minutes long too!

  • Agility Ladder – this is the yellow ladder you see in the videos and the image above. This is where the magic happens and is included when you buy INSANITY Asylum.
  • Speed Jump Rope – this is a yellow jump rope that can be adjusted to different heights. This is also includes in your order.
