Each order of the Recovery Formula comes in a 30-day supply tub (or you can get the individual serving packets for traveling). After you are finished with a workout, within 1 hour put two scoops of the INSANITY Results and Recovery formula into 8 oz of water. Mix it up and enjoy! I will be honest, I love this recovery formula because it takes like an Orange Dreamsicle. YUM!

Why is there so much sugar in each serving?

A lot of people get nervous about the sugar content in the drink. Don’t fear, this sugar is natural sugar from the different fruit vitamins and potassium included. In fact, with an intense workout, it is important to restore proper glucose levels, which is what this will do for you!

I don’t want to bulk up, and I noticed this drink has Creatine!

Do not worry, there is only 500mg of Creatine in each serving, which is enough to support muscle growth, not bulk it. If you are interested in bulking your muscle, add additional Creatine Monohydrate to your serving of P90X Results & Recovery formula (I mix it in personally after each work out).
