Les Mills Combat comes with 7 powerful workout DVDs (and an 8th bonus workout DVD if you order right here from SharpeFIT.com). Here are the DVDs you will receive:
- The Basics – 30 minutes long. Learn the moves and the master MMA moves that you will use throughout Les Mills Combat
- 30: Kick Start – 30 minutes long. Low impact but HIGH intensity. This workout will kick a punch and give you a nice burn in a short period of time.
- 45: Power Kata – Only 45 minutes long, and will use the martial arts practice of Kata. Kata is a form of technique and flow, and will use power and cross training for a nice calorie burn.
- 60: Extreme Cardio Fighter – 60 minutes. High rep moves that will have your muscles on high gear during the 60 minute workout. Get ready for a high endurance workout!
- 60 Live: Ultimate Warrior’s Workout – 60 minutes. This is a blend of every martial arts move you’ll learn in Les Mills Combat. This includes upper, lower, legs, back and cardio.
- Power HIIT 1 – 30 minutes. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This means you’ll be doing maximum effort moves, followed by brief periods of rest in between. Great calorie burner and gets you prepped for Shock Plyo!
- Shock Plyo HIIT 2 – 30 minutes. Any Plyo workout that is only 30 minutes long will pack an extreme punch to your calorie burning and fitness goals. This workout uses propulsion movements to release the inner-athlete in anyone who does this DVD.
