P90X Lean Schedule – Some important tips and tricks

There are a few important documents I always recommend that you have with P90X. These include (click to download in PDF):

P90X Lean Schedule – Who is it For?

I hear so many people say “Oh P90X Lean workout schedule is for girls.” WRONG-O! This is for Guys too, my friends. In fact, this is the exact schedule I originally used when I started P90X in June of 2010. It worked amazing (lost 40 pounds in first 90 days!, and 70 pounds overall). The P90X Lean workout schedule is for those who:

  • Are not a big fan of a lot of resistance (muscle) training. This gives you more cardio options.
  • Have not worked out in a while, but can’t resist all of the P90X success stories. This schedule will help you get one step closer to being yet another X Success Story!
  • Are focused more on slimming down first before you build your foundation/tone (muscle tone – and by this I do not mean to be a Body Beast – I mean just simply toning your muscles as you will with the Classic & Doubles schedule).
