P90X Push Up Tips Recap

Based on the video above, here are a few important recap tips so you can MASTER the art of the Push up!

  1. Think of yourself as a perfect Board when doing non-modified Push Ups. Tuck in your core, use those abs, and feel the burn! Record yourself on a camera so you can make sure you are actually doing the moves the right way (we often “think” we are doing it right, and end up looking like a complete goof).
  2. Modification Tip #1 – Go forward when you are fully on your knees for push ups. Don’t just push your arms back and lamely do the move (if “lamely” is even a word). Feel the burn, feel the hurt, because with pain comes BEAUTY my friend!
  3. Modification Tip #2 – Do the Knee-Rocker modification. Check the video for the view on how to do it. Feel the burn, and when it gets easy, transition from the Knee Rocker to the full push-up.

YOU can do Push-Ups! Use my P90X Push Up Tips and rock and roll. If you found any value out of this post, click the facebook button right now to share it and spread the love. Also, get your Free Account with Team Beachbody, I will help Coach you and support you all for free!
