Today marks the FIFTH day of Focus T25 for my wife Cristen and I!!! This means that tomorrow is what they call “STATurday”, where we record all of our results for Week #1. Another day of the wonderful Focus T25 workout program! We are onto Day 4 where we tackle the Focus T25 Ab Intervals. Cristen decided to do the workout in the morning while I was at work (booo!). Today we enjoyed Day 2 of SPEED 1.0. The workout happened late into the night for us (10:00 PM). I’ll be real honest with you all. The DEAL is on! Both Cristen and I have finished Day 1 of the new Focus T25 Workout.
