Focus T25 Speed 1.0 – Day 2

Today we enjoyed Day 2 of SPEED 1.0. The workout happened late into the night for us (10:00 PM). I’ll be real honest with you all. Focus T25 Alpha Cardio – Day 1

The DEAL is on! Both Cristen and I have finished Day 1 of the new Focus T25 Workout.
