When I think back to CORE, I think that we are getting our act together and getting back to working out our Core. Well, I was WRONG. INSANITY The Asylum Speed and Agility Day 1...

Today is my official Day 1 of INSANITY the Asylum. Today I’ll be experiencing what it is like to go from Average to Elite. Or to go from Joe Smoe to Olympic Athlete! Yesterday I did my Athletic Performance Assessment which told me one thing: I’m out of shape! Yep, BIG TIME! In 2010 I lost 70 pounds with the popular P90X program which was awesome.
