My Story with P90X Before and After Results

HELLO! My name is Bob Sharpe, and first off, Thank You for visiting my site! I’m a proud Team Beachbody Coach and the owner of I look forward to bringing you my P90X Before and After story today and an update on my general fitness updates.


My Weight Loss and P90X Before and After Story – From the Guy who NEVER Worked Out…Ever…

The year was 2007, and I was out of shape, feeling horrible, and not enjoying life to the fullest.

I was 260 pounds which, according to my height (staggering 6′ 7″), was considered borderline obese. I also struggled with GERD (aka “Acid Reflux”). I had constant heartburn, indigestion, and felt extremely sluggish.

The turning point was on a fall evening when I was home alone and needed to call 911 for chest pains and an anxiety attack. While I didn’t have to go to the ER or Hospital (luckily), this experience woke me up and helped me realize that it was time to make a change!

I was lucky to find P90X in June of 2010. Here is the embarrassing before picture of me:

I’ve always wanted abs and lean muscle, but this time it wasn’t just about that, it was also about feeling healthy and feeling my age!

I didn’t start off as well as I could have with the program, and I really blame this on not having a coach right away or taking in the proper nutrition with Shakeology.

Fast forward to today after I joined Team Beachbody as a customer, I’m now an Independent Coach for Team Beachbody, and I’ve lost a total of 70 pounds since my peak weight of 260 (and now I’m considered “Normal” weight)!

Below are my transformation results from P90X and Shakeology. This is from my Second Round of P90X. Stay tuned as I’m consistently going through new programs, and these photos will be updated.

Check out this Wii Fit graph that I used to weight myself. I strongly suggest that anyone doing a Beachbody program finds a way to graph their weight (either
through Wii Fit, XBox, or manually graph it on a piece of paper). Seeing the pounds drop through a graph chart makes this even more motivating:
