Focus T25 Week 2

We are excited to continue to move along with our Focus T25 workout journey! We have just finished Focus T25 Week 2 and are excited to share our updates. Most importantly, the key of WHY one of us may have gained weight. As frustrating as it is to admit that there was a weight gaining problem in this week, I’ll explain my tips in case this happens to YOU on your T25 journey.   Focus T25 Week 2 Statistics I’m happy to note that I lost a stunning four (4) pounds this week. My diet was pretty darn good, and I followed the nutrition plan well (see the Fitness Success Course for free materials on eating right). Cristen...

Focus T25 Day 5 – Lower Focus AND Cardio!...

Today marks the FIFTH day of Focus T25 for my wife Cristen and I!!! This means that tomorrow is what they call “STATurday”, where we record all of our results for Week #1. To cut to the chase, Lower Focus is ROUGH on the legs. I learned a lot about myself and where I failed at during my fitness journey these past 3 years that made tonight difficult for me. I’ll share that and more today in the Focus T25 Day 5 review. So the trick of the trade lies within the Focus T25 Schedule. On Day 5, you actually are scheduled to do both Lower Focus and the Cardio workout today. Now, for those diehards that only...

Focus T25 Total Body Day 3 Review

Push-Ups, and Pike-Ups, and Squats: OH MY! Yes, Total Body is not just some Sunday Hay-Ride, folks. This 25 minutes is REAL! Both Cristen and I really struggled with this workout for a few reasons. First off, I honestly want to say how awesome it has been working out with my girl. It’s an unspoken accountability to give it your all, support each other, and have some fun. Today, our work schedules were off balance and I honestly missed having her in our workout garage tonight. I could have used her for this workout!! This workout starts off with the similar warm-ups that I’ve been noticing in Day 1 and 2 (Cardio and Speed 1.0). You do a...

Focus T25 Speed 1.0 – Day 2

Today we enjoyed Day 2 of SPEED 1.0. The workout happened late into the night for us (10:00 PM). I’ll be real honest with you all. When I first did P90X, I skipped workouts all of the time (see: P90X Results). The main reason was I did not budget my time, and then it would be almost time for bed. After all, 60 minutes of workout when you are ready for bed just doesn’t smell right…agree? Well, today the same thing happened, but we BOTH pressed play!! It’s only 25 minutes – why not!? After all, I knew Cristen would be all over it, because we made a deal: Survive 60 days of T25, and get a Brand...

Focus T25 Alpha Cardio – Day 1

The DEAL is on! Both Cristen and I have finished Day 1 of the new Focus T25 Workout. This workout was called Focus T25 Alpha Cardio which you’ll find out below in the video was nothing to laugh about. I was honestly quite skeptical of the whole idea of 25 minutes. As someone who has done P90X before, usually the workouts are about 60 minutes per day. But after completing this workout on Day 1, I can honestly say “OK” – yes, this is a REAL workout. Wait until you see my sweat in the second video below. Lately I’ve been working more, and both Cristen (my wife) and I have been just busy with everything and anything...

P90X Week 5

Are you starting P90X Week 5? I just completed Week 5 this past Saturday, and WOW. If you aren’t careful, you may actually give up and FAIL going into P90X Week 5. I only say this because I have failed Week 5 twice before. That’s right folks. This is my third round of P90X, and I’m finding nothing but SUCCESS. Why? Because I’m following a very simple formula this time around. Not only by being a Beachbody Coach and getting motivated that way, but by getting in the right mindset. P90X Week 5 is tough, especially with two new workouts mixed into your routine. These workout routines are definitely tough, but YOU can get through them. Just keep...
