Hey Friend, I’m just now finishing the P90X Week 4 recovery week, and looking forward to sharing it with you. If you are doing P90X and following my journey, I’m sure by now that we can agree that Yoga is Hard, Plyometrics is Crazy, and Ab Ripper X is beastly. This week was specifically recovery after the first phase of P90X. If this is your first time to my site, Welcome! I’m currently doing the P90X Classic Schedule (be sure to subscribe to my blog to check out my updates as they happen!). P90X Chest and Back Review

I literally FELL on my face today during P90X!! But don’t worry, I’m ok! I pushed myself to the maximum to really focus on some hardcore results. This is my “official” third round of P90X. If this is your first time visiting SharpeFIT.com, my name is Bob Sharpe, and I originally lost 7o pounds with the P90X program. I didn’t really follow the plan to the T, so my results were good, but I wasn’t “ripped”. It’s time to fix all of that. Which is why I probably FELL ON MY FACE today! Whatever, either way I’m excited to bring all of you wonderful visitors to my blog my personal P90X Chest and Back Review today. P90X Chest...

INSANITY the Asylum Day 23 Update

Hi Everyone! Bob Sharpe checking in. Lately I have been posting a lot about different INSANITY Reviews, but today I wanted to check-in and let you know the progress! If you’ve been following my blog, back in December I started INSANITY the Asylum. It is a 30 day program, and my goal was to get a 6-pack before Christmas. Well, unfortunately I got caught with TWO colds!! The first was just the typical winter cold. Blah. The second one was a ridiculous cough that lasted for about 3 weeks in total. I was frustrated and wanted to just work out anyway. But, as most current Fitness gurus will tell you, it’s not a good idea. I did a...

INSANITY Asylum Day 15 – Fit Test...

Today is Day 15, which means it’s time for another Fit Test. With INSANITY the Asylum, the Fit Test is better known as the Athletic Performance Assessment (throughout this post I’ll refer to it as simply “Fit Test”). I must admit that I’m seeing some good results (before/after pics below), but have a lot of work to do yet. I’m only halfway through the program, so there is more excitement to come! But first and foremost, I must admit that I AM NOT HAPPY! There were a few crucial steps that I didn’t take with the first fifteen days of Asylum. The result? Not the progress I was aiming for in my Fit Test & progress photos. Read...

INSANITY the Asylum Day 12 Update – Back to Core...

As I mention in the YouTube video update below, you may be wondering (if you follow my blog), Where has Bob been?? Well, unfortunately I got a nasty cold. You know, the one that starts with a bit of stuffyness. Then, it progresses to a headache. Then, a mild fever. Then, a nasty cough. Really!?! Trust me, if you ever had this happen in the middle of a motivated workout program, you get MAD! But, regardless, it is not the best idea to work out, so I took a break (see my post, Should I work out when I’m sick?). But it’s not really about the excuses, is it? Think about it, if all we did is made...
