My Review – P90X Results and Recovery Formula
When I first started P90X in June of 2010, I always heard Tony Horton talk about this drink. I thought it was just a clever marketing campaign to get you to buy more stuff, quite honestly. I must warn you though that I didn’t go “All-In” when I first started. I spent time doing most of the P90X workouts, but ignored the supplement (due to money).
After 2 failed rounds of P90X, I decided to get serious. I wanted results! I tapped into the drink, and it helped in two ways:
- I didn’t have the bad, aching soreness after each workout
- I was able to recover much faster, which led towards more intense workouts the next day
I’m excited to say that I now have abs and have lost 70 pounds since my beginning!
