reasons for craving sugarIsn’t this something we all struggle with? I mean, c’mon, there isn’t a day that goes by that we don’t sometimes crave sweets. I’ve been doing a lot of research on what the big deal is with these undesirable cravings. I know that if you’re like me, there are times that you are on a war path to try and find something….really, anything, that will satisfy that sweet tooth! But seriously, is there a reason why we crave sugar constantly? Well, I spent some time researching this ever since I stopped craving sugar, and have found some excellent information regarding why we crave these bad food choices, and the one thing that has helped me fix this problem, feel better about my decisions, and feel amazing in regards to my health!

Did you know that the average American consumes about 2-3 pounds of Sugar per week? While this may or may not surprise you, there are many sources of refined sugars, fake sugars, processed sugars, and natural sugars that are out there in the world. Transferring the sugar intake into our health and fitness, we end up getting extreme weight gains and diabetes as the result. It’s time to stop these cravings!

As you can see, there are vital nutrients and foods that we are starving our bodies from that causes these uncontrollable cravings!!
