Fitness Results: Do YOU need to Clean out the Dead Grass?

Check out all of that dead grass! Just imagine if that was the stuff holding you back from success. What a difference it would make cleaning it out!!!

I had a inspirational thought when I was laboring away raking out my lawn this past weekend. I was cleaning out all of the neglect out of my yard. This includes the dead grass, leaves, and any other shenanigans that needed cleaned out of the yard. Have you ever had this happen before?

My inspirational thought wasn’t really about the dead grass, but what it MEANS in our life. Do you have “Dead Grass” cluttering up your roadway to success? The dead grass could be a multitude of things:

  • Poor Dieting Choices
  • Bad Foods in the House
  • Not enough TIME to accomplish your dreams/tasks
  • Poor Training
  • Lack of Motivation

Whatever the dead grass is, you need to make a list of everything you would classify as the dead grass. After you have that list, get out the metal rake and start raking it out with a passion. Clean up your life, and let your yard look great, so that the rain can provide nourishment. From there, you’ll begin to grow!
