Hi Friend, my name is Bob Sharpe, and I’m a Team Beachbody Coach, and the leader here at SharpeFIT.com. I want to personally welcome you and thank you for visiting my site. I also want to applaud you for taking the time to check out this site, even if this is the first page you have seen.

I have this site, as well as my Team Beachbody Coaching as my opportunities to help YOU succeed. As someone who has been through the struggles (and still does struggle), and tries his hardest to keep the pounds off, I feel motivated and blessed to help others achieve the same great results.

After tapping into a simple solution that everyone was raving about, I went on to lose 70 pounds, stop acid reflux, and create SharpeFIT.com to help others do the same. Check out the video below, and I look forward to talking with you personally about your goals and future success.

Step 1: Join the Free Community – Get your Road-map to Success

If you already completed this step, skip ahead to Step 2. I look forward to working with everyone that joins my team. After all, we can’t really find out what Goals we have unless we team up and achieve them together.

Are you just now starting to get interested in weight loss or fitness? Or, are you a natural veteran and pro? It doesn’t matter, I work with everyone gladly and with great excitement!!

What it means to “Join the Community” is to plug-in to the FREE resources through Team Beachbody. As a Team Beachbody Coach, I (Bob Sharpe :-)) can help you set goals, find what will work for you, and give you daily and weekly motivation.

Step 2: Tap into your Success-Driven TOOL

Tools are what help us with whatever we are trying to accomplish. In order to succeed, you must find a TOOL. By not having the necessary tools to drive you to success, you will only remain where you are now. If you are viewing this site, I know you for one are not interested in staying where you are right now, the rest of your life. You want to succeed to higher heights, right?

The TOOL that can help you get your success-driven results is through a Beachbody Fitness Challenge Pack. Whether you already have achieved fitness results, or are a first-time visitor trying to find that weight loss solution, this TOOL will work (guaranteed too!).

In order to find out which Challenge Pack can help you, and become your Success-Driven TOOL, I can help. For the beginners, Power 90 has generated hundreds of success stories, and is the starting program to the famous P90X. Other great beginner programs are Slim in 6 and Turbo Jam. If you are looking for a good program to get toned quickly in 60-90 days, try INSANITY or P90X. Of course, if you are looking for super insane, go with Body Beast, INSANITY: The Asylum, or P90X2.

Step 3: Laser-Focus your MOTIVATION behind SUCCESS

When it comes to getting success, the TOOL is only one piece of the pie of success. The MOTIVATION is what drives you forward. I have a few mini-steps that I want you to follow. Here they are:

  • Determine your WHY. Write down a few reasons why you want to lose weight and succeed. If you find yourself saying things like: “Because I want to lose weight” or “My family is making me”, or “I feel fat”, let’s dig deeper. Ask yourself, “What would happen if I don’t commit to this?” and “What do I envision my life being after success?” Your why should be the foundation that can never be broken, no matter WHAT happens. Make it powerful, strong, and extremely motivating.
  • Get into the right mindset. This is so important. Set that first day up that you will start your journey to success, and never look back. Get motivated and know that each day the commitment to success MUST happen.
  • Motivate OTHERS to Motivate YOURSELF. I have found that the most successful people (myself included) find better success when they team up and motivate Others. Through joining my next challenge group, we will help each other succeed! The result? We all get unbelievable, and undeniable results, while establishing amazing friendships – all online!

 

Step 4: Take your Before Photos and Document, Document, Document!

Trust me on this one, a lot of people don’t and wish they did. Why? You can reference this video to learn about how to best take a picture of your transformation. That’s not all, this video shows how you can best take your transformation measurements. Sometimes you don’t always see success with the scale. But then, when you measure your body, you start realizing your are kicking butt!

 

Step 5: Understand Nutrition

Nutrition can be tricky. I always suggest getting a MyFitnessPal account to track your food. Tracking is the most important tip for success. Go to myfitnesspal.com, it’s free! Also, I always recommend Michi’s Ladder. Climb the ladder and get better food success results. This isn’t a diet plan, but rather a nutrition substitution plan. Click here to check it out. If you already have part of the TOOL mentioned above (fitness program), make sure you get the right Shakeology supplementation.

 

Step 6: Understand It WON’T be easy and you’ll need Support

I personally set my goals to push play on INSANITY, P90X, or another Beachbody program at least 5-6 days per week. This is how I kept off my 70 pounds of fat I once had!! The cool thing about Beachbody is that you have multiple programs to keep progressing and challenging yourself. Another awesome thing is that as you progress, you can succeed like I have and earn money working from home!

Don’t forget to also set goals and understand that you’ll need support. That is why it is so important to tap into my free Team Beachbody account. This will make me your coach, and you can reach out to me and many others on my team that can help by sharing what we do! We are here for YOU!
