INSANITY Workout Update – Day 15
I feel like I haven’t blogged about my INSANITY Workout Update in such a long time! But either way, I’m still full steam ahead with my INSANITY journey. I must say that INSANITY is not easy, but I’m already seeing results after this short amount of time.
Specifically, I noticed that I can get through the entire warm-up without dying! 🙂 That’s a plus….because let’s be honest, the INSANITY warm-up is no easy feat. I found myself stopping and catching my breath/drinking water a lot during the first two weeks. Now that I’m in week 3 however, I’m feeling a great improvement.
This leads me to this motivational quote of the day:
That’s right folks….when you sweat you accomplish great things! If you don’t sweat, are you really giving it your all, digging deeper, and achieving your goals?
There is no doubt, as I admitted above, that you will STOP and put the brakes on a lot during your workout journey. After all, if someone can get through an entire workout of INSANITY, then they are champs and I want to meet them….I even wonder if Shaun T himself gets through the entire thing, considering everyone on the video normally takes quite a few breaks here and there. Don’t sweat the emotional small stuff, sweat the fat shredding exercise stuff 🙂
