Why is it important to have P90X2 Workout Sheets?

This is an important question, and one that I get often. The reason that you will want to have the P90X2 workout sheets is to get the BEST results!

Think about it…if you don’t have the worksheets, how will you track your progress? I consistently look back to how I performed the prior week so that I can see if I’m making progress. Without the use of the P90X2 Workout Sheets, I wouldn’t have the opportunity to see the great strides.

Plus, it’s extremely motivating once you see the great things you are accomplishing with the program.

Enough of the Shenanigans…where are the P90X2 Workout Sheets?

Ok, Ok! Here we go ladies and gentlemen, the P90X2 Workout Sheets are available by clicking the links below (including PAP Upper and Lower sheets which are hard to find!).

    Hi Bob!
Great Webpage of yours! Thank you so much for all this useful info & your great style !!!
I just entered the 3rd phase of P90Xv2 and stumbled over your site while searching well designed P.A.P. workout sheets, although Beachbody says one has no time to fill in anything DURING the workout. Which is true, but what about AFTERWARDS,… little mental training as well.
However, i wonder if anybody has told you already that the sheet for Upper PAP has a copy and paste error in the names of the exercises for the second half of the training. Did you create a corrected version yet and could you email it to me your please? I love your design and why should i re-invent the wheel…

Thanks million times and all the best from Frankfurt, Germany,

    David Bauke

    • Hey David!

Thanks for the comment and stopping by!! You are going to LOVE the last phase of P90X2 – make sure you keep me posted on your progress.

Check out the site one more time, as the copy/paste error should be corrected for PAP Upper now: http://www.sharpefit.com/p90x2papuppersheet.pdf

Let me know if it doesn’t work and I can send you the e-mail copy of it!

Hi Bob, wow, i am amazed how quick you replied ! Thanks a lot !! And slowly we are getting there… i can see now that the first round of the second complex of Upper P.A.P. has been corrected successfully. Good job ! However, Round 2, 3 and 4 of the second complex still have Renegade Row and Plyo Push-up listed as first two exercises,… instead it should be Towel Pull-up and Med Ball Pike, as i believe… Would you have another look at the workout sheet please ? Awesome program, the P90X, both v1 as well as v2 :))) Looking forward to read from you again. All the best from Europe, David

        • David –

How embarrassing!! 🙂 Check it out now!!! Also, I added on the “Weeks” at the top of each column for easier reference. I hope you find good use in the sheets. I will be giving it a try for a special PAP Upper workout I’m doing tomorrow. I can’t believe my P90X2 journey ends this week!

          Keep bringing it!

          Bob
