Paul Ryan does P90X!

Paul Ryan P90XBy no means am I endorsing any political party with this post. In fact I could care less about the Political Aspects of all of this. But you can’t deny Vice Presidential Candidate Paul Ryan’s dedication to fitness and health. This is great to see on multiple aspects as we understand the importance of how physical activity impacts our health and lives.

Even Tony Horton himself consistently mentions the benefits of exercise and how the natural melatonin and serotonin is naturally released into the brain (these are the “feel good” brain chemicals).

With more than one-third of the U.S. Population considered obese (35.7%)¹, having someone in politics interested in fitness is great. Our world is facing a huge health problem if we don’t start eating right and living healthier lives!

Paul Ryan P90X – What is P90X?

I apologize, for some of you who may have stumbled across this site for the first time and don’t know all of the details on what P90X is! P90X is an extreme fitness program. Not only that, it has helped thousands of people get stunning weight loss and fitness results in only 90 days!!

P90X stands for Power 90 Xtreme. It is a successor to the popular Power 90 workout DVD series that were launched in the late 90s. Check out this video for more on what P90X is all about (if you can’t see the video on my site, click here to watch it).

Paul Ryan and the rest of political hill is taking a great stance on fitness, which is what I love to hear! Since we are facing such a high level of obesity, perhaps we could see a focus towards fitness, even if Romney/Ryan do not get elected.

Beyond the mortgage crisis, if we can get our country on fitness and cheaper mortgage payments, we will be a much stronger nation (literally! :-)).
