How do I figure, because I struggled with both of these programs (and still do!). Today I’m going to share a video with you. Struggling with P90X Tip #1 – Be Consistent Every Day

Those who get the great results and get onto the infomercials do these steps consistently, every day:

  • Push Play on their workout program. Never, ever, skip a workout. I workout at 12 AM sometimes if I have to. I will not skip!
  • Follow the Nutrition Guide. Nutrition is 70-80% of your results. Miss out on this key factor and you’ll struggle big time.
  • They get the right Supplement Tools. They drink Shakeology every day, and they drink the Results & Recovery Formula after every workout

Struggling with P90X Tip #2 – Do Your Best and Forget The Rest

Tony Horton says this a LOT in P90X. But what exactly does it mean? It means, don’t let the struggle get you down!! Take the time to work hard and do not worry what you look or feel like. Reference the video where I talk about Yoga. I was seriously looking and feeling like a complete clown. Wavering and falling all over the place.

But I did my BEST and forgot the rest!! Do not worry about getting frustrated that you can’t do the moves “perfectly” like they can on the videos. Just push forward. In time, I promise you that with daily consistent actions, you will start getting VERY surprised when you blow the roof off of your expectations!!
