I’m happy to present my P90X2 Results to you all. It’s hard to believe when I look back at the photo to the left that I used to be THAT out of shape. Yes folks, that was me prior to starting P90X or P90X2. Things were not too good as I was struggling with Acid Reflux disease along with looking like the Guy that I did NOT want to look like!

I had a choice to make back in 2010, and that was to finally find a program that would help me lose weight. Trust me, I tried all of the diets, fitness programs, and going to the gym fads out there. I kept hearing about this P90X thing, so I did some research and decided to give it a try. Obviously it worked very well, and then it was time for P90X2!! I was blessed enough to get P90X2 for the Holidays, so I was revved up and ready to start as soon as my round with P90X was finished. My start date was set for February 6th, 2012!

My P90X2 Results – What I liked about the program

P90X2 ResultsP90X2 really picks up where P90X left off. For those that ask “Should I just do P90X2, or should I do P90X first?” I strongly recommend that you do P90X FIRST!! That was you can get the P90X2 Results that you are looking for without getting frustrated. P90X will give you the foundation and the basis for what you need to “Go Pro” with P90X2.

What I really liked about P90X2 is that it gives you a chance to work on your core and balance in the first two phases. If you are looking to improve your balance and get some defined abs, then this is for YOU!

The PAP (Post Activation Potentiation) phase, which is the final phase of P90X2 is based around performance. Yes, Athletic Performance! It combines everything you learned in the first and second phases of the program and gets you working hard! Check out my PAP Upper and PAP Lower reviews for more details.

I must warn you, that I got SUNBURNED by going to the Beach a week prior to my wrap-up of P90X2. So you’ll see some sunburn on the chest…lol 🙂

P90X2 Results – My Opportunity Areas

I have improved in the following ways: Bigger Biceps, More defined abs, better balance. But I’m not as ripped as all of those crazy guys! Why? Because I still struggled with proper eating!

Did I follow the diet plan? Yes, but not as well as I could have! My issue was not eating enough!! I don’t have an eating disorder or anything, but if you want to get Hulk-like muscles, you need to eat around 3000-3100 calories a day!! I was struggling to find enough healthy food to fill 2700 calories per day! I could easily fill those calories with a quick stop at the local fast food joint, but that would be the wrong thing to do! The goal? Find healthy food that will support strong muscles, and lean abs. I WILL conquer this goal with my new program, which I discuss below.
